1. Eligibility
- Users must be 18+ years old
- Minors must enroll under parent/guardian consent
- TBX is not responsible for false age declarations
2. Account Responsibility
- One account = one user
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring access is strictly prohibited
- Account misuse may result in immediate termination without refund
3. Nature of Services
TBX provides:
- Online courses
- Live & recorded training
- Mentorship & guidance
We do NOT guarantee:
- Jobs
- Internships
- Income
- Client acquisition
Results depend entirely on individual effort and execution.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are disclosed before checkout
- Payments are processed via secure gateways (e.g., PhonePe)
- Fees are non-refundable, except under the official refund policy
5. Intellectual Property (Zero Tolerance)
All content is owned by Techno Brainz / TBX Academy.
You may NOT:
- Record sessions
- Redistribute content
- Sell course material
- Upload content elsewhere
Violation = legal action + permanent ban
6. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Disrupt sessions
- Abuse instructors or staff
- Share misleading claims about TBX
- Attempt platform exploitation
TBX reserves the right to remove users without refund.
7. Certificates
- Certificates are issued only after completion criteria
- Certificates do not guarantee employment
8. Termination Rights
TBX may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- Policies are violated
- Fraudulent behavior is detected
9. Limitation of Liability
TBX is not liable for:
- Career outcomes
- Financial losses
- External platform issues
- Personal expectations not being met
10. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: India

At Techno Brainz Experience Academy (TBX Academy), we believe in transparency and fair usage. Our refund policy is designed to allow students to evaluate our programs while protecting proprietary content and operational costs. pasted
1. Refund Eligibility (Strict)
A refund request will be considered only if ALL conditions below are met:
- The request is raised within 7 days of course enrollment
- A written and valid reason for dissatisfaction is provided
- The student complies with live + recorded content usage limits
- The request is submitted through the official support channel only
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to verification.
2. Live Session Policy
- If the course includes live sessions, refunds are allowed only if:
- The student has attended no more than 2 live sessions
- Attendance beyond this limit voids refund eligibility
3. Recorded Session Policy (Very Important)
For courses with recorded content:
Access Limit- Students may access up to 20% of recorded content within the first 5 days
- Access beyond this limit = NO REFUND
Refund Calculation
If eligible:
Refund Amount = Total Course Fee – (Payment Gateway Charges + Administration Fee)What Counts as “Access”
- Video playback
- Downloading resources
- Marking lessons complete
- Viewing through any logged-in device
4. Refund Request Procedure
- Refund requests must be submitted within the eligibility window
- Requests must include:
- Registered email ID
- Course name
- Clear reason for dissatisfaction
- Requests via WhatsApp, Instagram, or verbal calls will NOT be accepted
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are credited within 15 working days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Bonus materials
- Additional tools/resources purchased separately
- Any course accessed beyond usage limits
7. Fair Usage Clause
- Repeated refund attempts across courses may be denied permanently
- Any misuse, false claims, or content consumption abuse leads to refund rejection
